It was recorded in late June 2016, just weeks after the two met in person and began living together in Los Angeles. Seven months later, on February 6, 2017, they released a five-track sequel, Castles II, also recorded in L.A. These EPs feature some of their most popular songs, including “White Wine” and “Witchblades.”
